The Organization of First Christian Church
First Christian Church has but one head, Jesus Christ. Elders, who are selected by the congregation, serve as the spiritual leaders. Deacons, also selected by the congregation, serve as leaders of various ministries. Ministerial staff is responsible for training, equipping, instructing and leading the congregation in spiritual growth and preparation to serve.
