Hometown
I've lived in Clark County my whole life.

What you like best about working at FCC
Being an influence in the lives of many children and seeing them grow.

Ministry/Professional background
After 30 years of volunteering in children's ministry, I joined the FCC staff as Children's Director in 1999.

Who led you to Christ
Many teachers at FCC influenced me, but I'll credit my grandmother, who brought me to Vacation Bible School when I was 4. And to the church, from the time I was in first grade until I could drive myself. I became a Christian at age 13, having made the decision at Butler Springs Christian Camp.

Favorite Bible verse
Psalm 37:4

Favorite book
The whole Narnia series by C.S. Lewis.

Family
Widowed after almost 35 years of marriage to "high school sweetheart"; three grown daughters and four grandchildren.

Favorite sport, sport team or boardgame
I like to watch volleyball games. I like to play Scrabble, chess, Memory and Careers.

Tell us something about you we never would have guessed
Every spring I do a cartwheel in my yard just to make sure I still can!
