The Technical Ministries Team exists for this purpose: to invest ourselves in a ministry that will directly support and reinforce the presentation of Biblical truths that requires the support of lighting, audio, video, or any other form of technical or stage support. We will strive to do this in a manner that is honoring to our God.

Tech Team members come from all walks of life and have a very diverse skill set. We are computer programmers and construction workers, stay at home moms and college students. Our common bond is the desire to create an atmosphere where our church family can worship the one true God. Below is a short explanation of each ministry area.

Audio Ministry
This team is responsible for microphones, monitors and the overall aural experience for worship services. Prior experience is helpful, but not required. Commitment: Wednesday night rehearsal and Sunday morning services once every 3-4 weeks. Audio Assist Ministry
This team is responsible for assisting the audio tech as well as maintaining all communication between the booth and the stage. No prior experience is necessary. Commitment: Wednesday night rehearsal and Sunday morning services once every 3-4 weeks.

Video Ministry
This team is responsible for the slides seen on screen in the Worship Center. Some team members run the slides for our services while others help create slides.  Experience with Windows-based computers necessary, PowerPoint-like software will be taught. Commitment: Wednesday night rehearsal and Sunday morning services once every 3-4 weeks. Lighting Ministry
This team is responsible for all lighting in the Worship Center. The colored, moving lights help to set appropriate moods for worship and the white stage lights help the church family see and understand what is happening on the stage. Some team members program the lighting for each service while others execute pre-programmed cues during the service. Stage Ministry
This team is responsible for the people and objects on the stage. They keep track of stands, music and entrances for musicians or speakers. Their goal is to oversee logistical coordination for everything and every person on stage to ensure smooth transitions and a seamless flow to the worship services. Commitment: Wednesday night rehearsal and Sunday morning services once every 3-4 weeks. Media Duplication / Distribution Ministry
This team is responsible for distributing sermons via CD, cassette tape and the Internet to our church family.
